Kunaev Fund is international non-governmental, public, non-profit organization.
In the Fund on a voluntary basis may participate in the legal entities and citizens of all states. Kunaev Fund cooperates with, foundations, international organizations, government agencies and non-governmental entities, educational institutions around the world.
Kunaev Fund - one of the first public funds in modern Kazakhstan. He conducts research on social, economic and political issues relevant to current phase of the Kazakh and world history. The Foundation seeks to promote democratic values, moral, humanistic principles in society.
The concept of fund based on the belief that globalization in the country and the world needs a new look at its history, its knowledge, improve education of modern Kazakhstani a whole new interpretation of the ideas of progress and humanism, development of long-term programs in education, as full progressive development of society and its forward movement in the future, it is impossible without knowledge of this society of the past.

The structure of the Fund established the Archive, which collects text, electronic and audio-visual and photo materials related to the activities DAKunaev and reflect the most significant events of the socio-political history of Kazakhstan. The basis of the collection consists of materials donated to the Archive Kunaev family, members of the entourage.
The archive contains more than 10 000 items, including personal Kunaev funds, Iksanova, Esenov, Ibragimov, Saudabayev, Omarova, Akhmetov, Tabultaeva, Dzhusupova, Parimbetova and many other state and public figures, the country's leading scientists, agro-industrial workers, outstanding culture and arts.
